The Belgian Coffee Pot, also known as a Balance Siphon, is a classic coffee brewer that combines scientific principles with elegant craftsmanship.
It operates using heat and weight balance: as the alcohol burner heats the water, it flows into the upper chamber to infuse with coffee grounds. When the heat is removed, the brewed coffee naturally returns to the lower chamber.

The entire brewing process is visually captivating, turning coffee making into a refined ritual.

比利時壺，又稱「平衡虹吸壺」，是一款結合科學原理與工藝美學的經典咖啡器具。
其萃取過程利用酒精燈加熱與液體重量變化所產生的平衡原理，讓熱水自動流入咖啡粉進行浸泡，隨著溫度下降，再回流至下壺完成萃取。

整個沖煮過程清楚可見，猶如一場優雅的咖啡儀式，不僅能呈現咖啡乾淨、細緻且層次分明的風味，也深受精品咖啡館與咖啡愛好者喜愛。

✅ Balance Royal Siphon 沖煮步驟

Step 1 預備

1️⃣ 下壺（玻璃壺）加入熱水（建議85–90°C，可加快加熱）
2️⃣ 上壺放入濾布/濾網並固定好
3️⃣ 咖啡粉放入上壺備用
4️⃣ 點燃酒精燈/瓦斯燈

Step 2 加熱上升

5️⃣ 加熱後水會因蒸氣壓力上升到上壺
6️⃣ 當水幾乎全上升後，輕輕攪拌一下（讓粉均勻浸濕）

👉 計時開始

Step 3 萃取

7️⃣ 浸泡萃取約 45–60秒
期間可：

• 輕攪1–2次

• 或畫圈攪拌

（避免過度攪拌造成苦澀）

Step 4 回流

8️⃣ 熄火/移開熱源
9️⃣ 下壺冷卻後產生真空，咖啡液會自然回流

👉 約30–45秒流完

Step 5 完成

🔟 等完全回流後即可倒出享用
