The best shape for the best flavor - petal shape

The petal filter cup uses hot water to create convection from the center to the outside to maintain a deep filtering layer. In order to prevent the impurities in the coffee ingredients from entering the extraction process, the water flow needs to be made smoother. After years of research, CAFEC finally developed and manufactured the ideal petal shape that meets these conditions. Smooth water flow, no accumulation of water in the filter cup, and the amount of water poured into the top of the filter cup is equal to the amount of water flowing out from the bottom, then the ultimate coffee extraction without any odor can be successfully extracted.


. Bottom of ribs

There is a single larger extraction hole structure in the center of the bottom, which retains the necessary depth of filter layer in order to extract the delicious components of coffee.

The single-hole zigzag structure at the bottom can maintain the depth of the filter layer and ensure fluidity during coffee extraction for a more stable taste.


. Petal rib groove

The petal-shaped rib groove on the inside of the filter cup is formed by digging out the inner surface of the filter cup. According to this petal filter cup, there is enough air layer between the filter paper and the filter cup to fully allow the coffee powder to expand.


. Conical

According to the shape of the conical filter cup, a depth filtration layer is formed and water convection is created.

Let the hot water soak all the coffee grounds to create a smooth and rich cup of coffee.

由採土到出窯,經過多道手續製成的伊萬里燒陶瓷花瓣濾杯,在實用性上依舊保留花瓣濾杯特有的形狀與特性,它不僅是濾杯,更是CAFEC僅有的藝術品。

何謂伊萬里燒?

日本以有田(佐賀縣有田町)為中心的肥前國(今佐賀縣與長崎縣)所生產的瓷器總稱。

十七世紀初期,日本於國內生產瓷器,朝鮮製瓷師在有田泉山發現合適的高嶺土,從有田北邊的伊萬里港輸出的瓷器遂在國際大放異彩,被稱為「伊萬里燒」。


隨時間推移,製瓷的技術發展完備,產生了許多不同種風格的瓷器,並且影響到中國及海外。

海外首先流行於東南亞國家,再來於歐洲國家,也風靡了歐洲皇室貴族,不只被用做高級生活用品,也被用來作為室內裝飾,富含歷史痕跡的伊萬里燒後來也影響了世界瓷器知名品牌「麥森(Meissen)」。

早期於十七世紀製成的伊萬里燒至今被作為高貴品、藝術品,在日本偶有伊萬里燒的展覽。

伊萬里燒的特徵為在釉下由藍色裝飾,並主要以紅、金、黑色帶出輪廓,有時也會在釉上添加其他顏色,設計豐富多彩,富有創意的設計性。


為了最棒的風味而生的最棒的形狀-花瓣型

花瓣濾杯是依熱水從中心至外側製造對流,以維持深層的過濾層。

為了不讓咖啡成分中的雜味進入萃取過程,需要讓水流更加平順。

CAFEC經過長年研究,終於開發製造出能滿足這些條件的理想花瓣形狀。

平順的水流,濾杯中不堆積水,濾杯上方注水的水量與下方流出的水量相當,則成功萃取無雜味的極致咖啡萃取。

底部中心有著單個較大的萃取孔構造,為了萃取咖啡美味成分能保留必要的深度過濾層

底部的單孔鋸齒型的構造可以保持過濾層的深度並確保咖啡萃取時的流動性使味道更穩定。


.花瓣型肋骨溝槽

濾杯內側的花瓣型肋骨溝槽是挖出濾杯內側表面而形成,依此花瓣濾杯,濾紙與濾杯之間保留足夠的空氣層,充分讓咖啡粉膨脹。


.圓錐形

依錐形濾杯的形狀,形成深度過濾層並製造水的對流。

讓熱水浸濕全部的咖啡粉,成就一杯風味滑順且濃郁的咖啡。
