Chambaku Estate, located in Villamaría, Caldas, is operated by the Restrepo family. After obtaining the Q Processing certification from the Coffee Quality Institute (CQI), the estate introduced experimental fermentation techniques and built its own lab to cultivate specific microorganisms for precise control.

This lot undergoes a 190-hour mossto fermentation, enhancing sweetness and body. Combined with controlled drying methods, it delivers a clean and complex cup profile.

昌巴庫莊園位於哥倫比亞 Caldas 的 Villamaría，由 Restrepo 家族經營。近年在取得 Coffee Quality Institute（CQI）後製認證後，導入實驗性發酵技術與自建實驗室，培養專屬菌種進行精準控制。

本批次透過 Mossto 發酵長達 190 小時，提升甜感與醇厚度，並結合棚架與低溫機械乾燥，使風味更加乾淨且層次豐富。
