Located in the Puntarenas province of south-central Costa Rica, about 65 kilometers northeast of Golfito, the small town of San Vito sits at an elevation of 1,600 meters, surrounded by major mountain ranges.

Coffee from San Vito is grown at around 1,600 meters above sea level, where the cool climate and wide day-night temperature range allow the cherries to mature slowly, concentrating their flavors. The volcanic, mineral-rich soil provides excellent nutrition, resulting in coffees with a clean, bright acidity and refined complexity. San Vito coffees often showcase notes of citrus, berries, and tropical fruits, complemented by floral aromatics and a balanced sweetness, offering a delicate and elegant cup profile.

位於哥斯大黎加中南部地區的蓬塔雷納斯省，東北約65公里的戈爾菲托裡的一個小城鎮聖維托(SAN VITO)，被主要的山脈包圍，位於海拔1600M。

聖維托的咖啡種植在約1600公尺的高海拔地區，氣候涼爽、日夜溫差大，讓咖啡豆能慢慢成熟，風味更集中。這裡的土壤來自火山礦物質，富含養分，使得咖啡帶有乾淨明亮的酸質與細緻的層次。聖維托的咖啡通常展現出柑橘、莓果、熱帶水果風味，並伴隨著花香與均衡的甜感，口感細緻而優雅。
