Finca Las Piedras is located in Costa Rica's Brunca region near the Panamanian border, where diverse microclimates and mountainous terrain create ideal conditions for specialty coffee cultivation. The estate takes its name, "Las Piedras" (The Stones), from the ancient indigenous stone spheres discovered nearby, dating from 200 BC to AD 1500, reflecting the region's rich cultural heritage.
This lot is processed using an innovative Natural method, highlighting vibrant notes of cherry, blueberry, cacao pulp, hazelnut, peach jam, and orange, with a rich, silky body, balanced sweetness, and a long, elegant finish.
F1 Hybrid coffees are first-generation crosses between two carefully selected parent varieties. They combine desirable traits such as higher productivity, improved disease resistance, and exceptional cup quality, making F1 hybrids one of the most exciting developments in modern specialty coffee breeding.

巨石莊園(Finca Las Piedra)位於哥斯大黎加南部 布蘭卡(Branca)產區，因地形山勢連接 巴拿馬邊界，具有多元的微型氣候，莊園附近出土原住民在公元前200年到1500年的石頭雕刻物，稱為秘境石雕，所以莊園就以巨石
(Las Piedra)為莊園名子。以巨石命名的巨石莊園，也自然而然地帶了一點這種謎之莊嚴和後現代幾何元素的神秘主義氣息。巨石莊園位於哥斯大黎加的布蘭卡產區，而這款豆子則是使用了日曬處理(Natural)，以全新特殊新銳處理法，呈現獨特風格。風味敘述：櫻桃 藍莓 可可果 榛果、水蜜桃果醬、香橙、厚實細緻、乾淨平衡、餘韻悠遠，其極高的甜感和層次感可以細細品嘗到既細膩又神秘和夢幻的味道。
雜交育種中，用於雜交的父本和母本分別用P1和P2表示，雜交後所得種子種植而成的個體群稱雜交種一代（子一代）則用F1表示，F1群體內個體間交配或自己所得的再育種子代為F2、F3等表示隨後各世代，親本的顯性基因將在第一代F1中表現出來。雖然F1代的狀態並不能穩定地遺傳（也不是不行，就是要經過多年的選育），但也不妨礙咖啡界對其孜孜不倦的追求，因為一般來說，F1代相對於純種品種來說產量更高，抗病性也有一定的提升；同時F1代還有可能同時攜帶兩個親本的優秀品種。
