Ethiopia Gesha Village
Geisha Village is located in the Bench-Maji District of Ethiopia, with a total area of 471 hectares and a planting area of 320 hectares. The altitude ranges from 1909 meters to 2069 meters. The conservation area accounts for 27%. It is divided according to climate and species. There are eight plots (Shewa-Jibabu/Dimma/Shaya/Bangi/Gaylee/Narsha/Oma/Surma).
Bench-Maji is located in the southwest of Ethiopia. It is one of the two main virgin forest coffees in Ethiopia, accounting for about 5-10% of the production. Coffee trees in the virgin forest are planted under the shade of trees, and natural shading and intercropping are developed to achieve sustainable management of the environment and ecology.
Since 2011 to this day, Adam Overton, who has a dream, has quietly transformed this beautiful pure land from the pollution of no electricity and construction into one of the treasures of the world's top geisha coffee production, planting a large number of coffee tree adheres to the concept of sustainable management and with the local consent, allowing various types of geisha to write a wonderful new chapter here.
The seeds of the original Geisha variety originated from the Gori Gesha coffee forest about 20 kilometers away from the Geisha Village. Through historical research and genetic testing, it was found that this is the birthplace of Panama Geisha coffee.

Geisha 1931 (Gesha 1931)
A combination of varieties from various forests, very similar to Panamanian Geisha, selected by observing their plant form, bean appearance, mesh size and cupping flavor.
Illubabor Forest
This breed was discovered during an expedition to the Illubabor Forest in 1974. It was a wild breed collected by researchers during the expedition. It was officially released by the Jimma Argicultural Research Center in Ethiopia. The reasons why the research center released this breed are 1. Good disease resistance 2. Excellent cupping quality 3. Good yield. The GV team chose to plant a variety that originated from the coffee forest in the Ilu Highlands. In addition to its disease resistance and yield, which can reduce the planting risks at the time, the cupping flavor potential of this variety was the main factor at that time.

Gold Label-RARITIES
Gold label grade coffee beans in Geisha Village only account for 10% of the total estate production, and the quantity is quite rare. The bidding batches in the estate are also selected from this category. They have top flavor characteristics, clear and lasting aroma, and fine texture. They are internationally recognized. Red Label-Village Chief’s Private Collection (GROWERS RESERVE)
The red label batches account for only 15% of the estate. They have excellent flavor and quality, and scored over 88 points on the SCA cupping table.
Green Label-SINGLE TERROIR
The batches come from a single production area in Geisha Village. Each batch in the production area has complete traceability information, including farm block name, coffee variety and date of processing.

藝妓村位於衣索比亞的Bench-Maji區，總面積471公頃，植栽面積占320公頃，海拔高度範圍自1909公尺至2069公尺，保育區佔27%，依據氣候及品種共劃分為八個地塊(Shewa-Jibabu / Dimma / Shaya / Bangi / Gaylee / Narsha /Oma / Surma )。
Bench-Maji 位於衣索比亞西南方，為衣索比亞兩大主要原始森林咖啡之一，約佔產量5~10%。原始森林裡的咖啡樹種植於樹蔭下，自然遮蔭法和間作的方式發展，達到環境生態的永續經營。
自2011年起至今日，懷抱著夢想的Adam Overton已悄悄將這片美麗的淨土，從毫無電力和建設的汙染下，搖身變成全球產出頂尖藝妓咖啡的寶地之一，大量種植咖啡樹，堅持著永續經營的理念也和當地的原住民默契得達成共識，使各種不同品種的藝妓在此譜出美妙的新篇章。
原始的藝妓品種，其種子源自於距離藝妓村約20公里遠的Gori Gesha 咖啡森林，透過歷史考察研究和基因測試，此地正是巴拿馬藝妓種的咖啡發源地。

伊魯森林(Illubabor Forest)
此品種被發現於西元1974年由至Illubabor Forest的一次考察中由研究員在探險期間收集的野生品種，衣索比亞吉馬研究中心（Jimma Argicultural）官方釋出，研究中心釋出此品種原因有1.抗病性佳 2.優質的杯測品質 3.良好的產量。GV團隊選擇種植起源於伊魯高地咖啡林的品種除了因為抗病性之外和產量之外能降低當時的栽種風險之外，此品種的杯測風味潛力才是當時的主要因素。

金標等級在藝妓村咖啡豆僅占總莊園產量的10%，數量相當稀少，莊園內的競標批次也從此類別選出，擁有頂級的風味特徵、明確持久的香氣，質地細緻，為國際咖啡師挑選使用於比賽的首選

紅標批次僅占莊園15%，有著出色的風味及品質，並在SCA杯測表，分數為88分以上
