得到冠軍的是一支特殊豆種——美荷拉朵 (Typica Mejorado),這個豆種在厄瓜多其實並不稀奇,許多農場都種,而且種了幾十年,但是一出厄瓜多之外,其他中南美洲產地就非常少見,而且與希爪 (Sidra) 一樣,都是源於厄瓜多然後輾轉傳播過去。長久以來,農民一直沿用這支豆的傳統名稱「改良的鐵皮卡」(Typica Mejorado),以為這支豆就是進階版的鐵皮卡。但近年經過美國機構基因檢測,我們才知道所謂改良鐵皮卡並非鐵皮卡,而是波旁與衣索比亞原生種的混種。為了更正其豆種屬性,我們不再把這支豆子稱為改良的鐵皮卡,而依據西班牙文 Mejorado 音譯為美荷拉朵,並去掉鐵皮卡一字,避免混淆。
珍稀品種、此品種是2020、2021、2022年厄瓜多爾金杯生豆評鑑冠軍品種、它是波旁和衣索比亞原生品種自然雜交而成的品種、有強烈細緻的花香、飽滿多汁的蜜桃、Body輕脆絲絨般的滑順。
